As Facebook is to improve the advertising experience – Marketeer

Many of the contents that are available online, including news, can only exist because of the advertising. This does not mean, however, that advertisers have the right to invade the online experience of Internet the way you fancy them. So says Facebook which is to adopt more stringent measures on the way advertising is presented to users.

In the blog official social network, Andrew Bosworth, VP ads and Business Platform, states that Facebook is to review all ads to respect the user experience. For example, ads will not be allowed to reproduce sounds automatically. It takes the user to click on it to make it happen. Facebook also prohibits fraudulent advertising and promoting products or services that are not safe.

In addition, the social network Mark Zuckerberg developed a technology that can detect when someone clicks on an ad by accident when trying to actually press the “X” that closes the advertising. In these cases, Facebook does not redirect the user, saving seconds frustration.

In Facebook settings there are tools within the reach of users to they themselves determine what they want to see. For example, they may choose not to see ads based on your interests online (outside of Facebook). On the other side, you can manually select which interests and tell the Facebook “. It’s about what I want to see advertising”
