The idea is to eliminate the need to have multiple apps and devices for controlling machines or access to products and services offered by each of them.
“The number of smart devices will grow considerably and the idea that each new device requires its own application is not realistic”, refers from the site explaining the project. “We need a system that allows anyone to interact with any devices at any time”
Still at an early stage, the Web Physical wants to establish itself as the common protocol that will allow this “general communication”, contributing to the emergence of a new set of services.
