Lisbon Chamber raises 21.6 million from the sale of 10 properties – Business Journal – Portugal

The four buildings without proposals may be sold within the next 60 days, clarifies the authority.

The Lisbon City Council raised 21.6 million euros at auction public held this Wednesday, October 8. In total, 10 of the 14 properties sold provided.

The batch of 14 estate was valued at € 23.2 million. The 10 properties actually sold were valued at EUR 18.1 million.

The amount raised from the operation is 16.5% more compared to the baseline value of 10 properties sold, explains the authority in a statement.

In public auction attended by 23 candidates, between domestic and foreign investors.

Highlights for a building on Gold Street sold for 7.3 million euros. The Marquis Palace Tancos was sold for 5.48 million. Already Mount Royal Palace was sold for 3.05 million. Values ​​were above the base set by the municipality.

The four buildings without proposals may be sold within the next 60 days, clarifies the authority, which expects an additional revenue of five million euros with them. To this end, interested parties should submit to the commission a proposed acquisition auction.
