The Secretary of State for Education and School Administration, João Casanova de Almeida, signed an order allowing the hiring of 214 psychologists for the academic year 2014/2015. The announcement was made on Friday by the Ministry of Education and Science, which ensures that this number results from an evaluation of the Directorate-General for Schools to the system needs.


                 


                     The executive believes that the conditions are met for the 214 professionals may be in schools at the beginning of the school year. “The number of psychologists to hire will be higher than the previous year, 181, representing an increase of 33 technicians,” adds the tutelage in a statement.
