Pre-school education for children four years becomes universal in 2016/2017

The state will have to guarantee a network for the children four years have vague in preschool, but the government needs to consider the possibility of going down the bar up to three years.

The law gives the government 180 days to regulating “the rules governing the universality of pre-school education in respect of children who reach the age of four, so as to ensure their implementation from the academic year 2016/2017 “. So next academic year, 2015/2016, will still only children five years with this right enshrined.

In this regulation that will charge these six months, the Executive will have to evaluate not only “the implementation of universal preschool education for children four years old” as also “measurement mechanisms of the possibility of extending the universality children 3 years old and the definition of the duration.”
