Sonae performs issuance worth 100 million
Sonae held the issuance of a new bond loan of 100 million euros with a maturity of seven years.
“Sonae informs that proceeded to issue a new bond loan,” BONDS Sonae SGPS from 2015 to 2022 “in the amount of 100 million euros, with a maturity of seven years,” according to a company statement issued on Tuesday the Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
The company leads by Paulo Azevedo says that “with the completion of this transaction,” the company “increases the average maturity of its debt and and strengthens the capital structure, thereby ensuring the structural funds needed to pursue its strategic objectives. “
