CTT has two months to update data on … – Business Journal – Portugal

The Portuguese regulator takes two months for the postal group provide all the details of their services to the users’ query. At issue are the various changes that CTT did in recent times, including the closure of stations.

The National Communications Authority (ANACOM) reported this Thursday, November 13th, CTT (Post Office Portugal) should provide users with all the information relating to Your postal establishments in Portugal, in the next two months.

All this information must be entered by the postal company in its website, thus facilitating access for all users. Also, the data should be updated so that users of postal services have to know where to locate the jobs or post offices and the services provided in each set.

CTT has an obligation to within two months to implement these changes, a period which, according to the Portuguese communications regulator, gives the company headed by Francisco Lacerda the time needed to prepare the information.

This measure coincides with the restructuring process developed the Portuguese postal group, which some changes in the postal network, with some stations by replacing post offices and closure of some facilities emerged.

At the end of 2013 there were 2,443 establishments in Portugal including 1,820 postal stations mail to 623 stations.
