The project was given today known by Ana
Pipa, the Agency for Administrative Modernisation, during
conference held at the University of Aveiro and organized by
Foreigners and Borders Service, under the Conference Cycle
Migration in the Twenty-First Century.
Technically called
“Mobile digital key”, the project is being developed by the Agency for
Administrative Modernisation and allows for personal authentication using
a mobile phone registered in the system, tablet or other electronic means.
technology and procedures will be very similar to what is already
today’s practice of banking operations in the confirmation of
“Home banking”, ie, via the internet, which is introduced

Other projects
development are related to the Citizen Card, which can
contain in their “chip” a broad set of personal data and is
