The Xbox 360 version of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is now, and will run until February 5, available free of charge at Xbox Live Marketplace.
The revelation was made by CD Projekt RED and functions as a kind of conclusion by the recent addition of the game this week, the new list of backward compatible titles with the Xbox One.
Originally released in 2011, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings had been offered to subscribers of Xbox Live Gold service in January last year. The Witcher 3, released in 2015, was named best game of the year by readers of IGN Portugal.
