The price of calls made while roaming will be one that is practiced in the consumer’s country of origin plus a five-cent surcharge, exactly the same rule that is effective for data traffic (domestic price plus five cents per megabite).

In the case of SMS sent, the price will also be charged in the domestic market, but plus a surcharge of only two cents.

These prices will be in effect between April 30, 2016 and June 15, 2017, the date from which any additional fee will be charged in addition to the domestic retail price to a customer in any EU Member State from making or receiving roaming calls, send SMS or use data services.
