Sony extends PS Plus as compensation for problems – IGN Portugal

Yesterday, players PlayStation from around the world found themselves unable to access the PSN, then the network that supports the PlayStation services have been unavailable throughout the day.

The problems affected players of all platforms, PS3, PS4 and PS Vita, who were prevented from playing online, browse the store or use other network services supported by your platform.

The most important cases concern the subscribers of PS Plus service, who pay a monthly subscription to take advantage of the service, which among other things includes the ability to play online with friends.

Although the causes that forced the maintenance of PSN have not yet been explained, the PlayStation secured already in his Twitter page that will compensate its customers for the inconvenience, with the extension of the subscription period.

I do not know how long will this extension, even if this is the only form of compensation for the inconvenience.
