Apple
Apple usually decide trends and the new iPhone 7 we see something new, no entry 3.5mm for headphones, everything must pass through the Lightning connection.
The news comes from a Japanese site, via MacRumors, which indicates that Apple is planning to 3.5mm input for headphones removal which is already used for decades in the most diverse equipment. According to the website, to listen to music on headset will use the lightning entry, which will force the fans of the brand to purchase adapters (which Apple itself will sell) or new headset / own headphones.
second Japanese site, the idea of Apple will reduce even further the smartphone size and, therefore, the removal of this entry is needed, since it occupies a space that may be essential for reducing the size of the iPhone.
The possibility of using the lightning to hear sound is not new, since the Philips already has available the Philips Fidelino NC1L, announced in January that uses this lightning port on the iPhone, which does not make it unique.
This “exclusivity” on the part of Apple may already be available in the next iPhone 7, to be released next September
