The technical director of a home in Reguengos de Monsaraz was arrested on Tuesday last week by abuse crimes, which included several smaller shackle and locking them in a collection, or force them to kneel before her in his office account Wednesday Público.
The psychologist ran the Youth Home of Our Lady of Fatima since 2008, and is also charged with sexual abuse of at least a minor, then 14, resident in the institution and with whom he maintained a relationship for over a year. The boy is now 19 years old and no longer resides in the home.
In the judicial interrogation, the technical director reportedly said he was the victim of a conspiracy internal to the institution. As a measure of coercion, the psychologist was prevented from entering the municipality of Reguengos de Monsaraz, with electronic bracelet to monitor the ban.
