The change compared with the results obtained for the previous month. On an annual comparison is also a tendency for growth although lower (1.07%).
In an analysis of the evolution of annual average prices, the data show an increase of 0.45%, a number that makes the telecommunications sector with the 16th the largest increases, a list of 43 products and services reviewed .
The sector has recorded the highest rise in prices during the period in Portugal.
At European level, Portugal was the country with the 5th increase of more significant price: 2.24 percentage points above the average.
Only six countries increased prices of telecommunications services within the EU. The dominant trend is the reverse of price reduction.
The figures released by Anacom were obtained from the indicators of the National Institute of Statistics and Eurostat. It also indicates that since 2011 telecommunications prices grow more in Portugal than in the EU average.
