Facebook announced the plan in June, in response to concerns about confidentiality rules, after being criticized for sharing data from social network members for advertising purposes.
The social network co-founded by Mark Zuckerberg has more than billion users.
The new system uses a `dinosaur azul` to guide users through the privacy settings on Facebook.
Facebook contends, however, that users can adjust their parameters of confidentiality to disable the new feature.
