Apple company hires known furniture designer – to the Minute News

Marc Newson just joined the design team at Apple. The famous designer was once considered by Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people of the year in 2005

Apple has added another name to its team:. Industrial designer Marc Newson, according to revealed by Vanity Fair.

Newson will join Jony Ive, senior vice president of design and his friend, thus forming the team that will design the next product American multinational.

It will be recalled that in 2005, Time magazine named Newson one of the 100 most influential people on the planet in its annual list.

The Australian is known for his drawings of furniture, especially chairs with rounded forms, some of which came to be sold at auction for thousands of dollars and became part of the collections of museums such as the MoMA in New York, or the Pompidou Centre in Paris .
