The criminal court of Braga makes today the award of an engineer of 76 years accused of having shot three neighbors because of disagreements related to water infiltration.

In closing arguments, the prosecutor asked 15 years in prison for the accused, which accounts for three first degree murder in the attempted manner.

The case is being tried by a jury court, consisting of three judges and four jurors.

The facts date back to March 3, 2014, near the 23:00 in Nogueira, Braga, in disagreements sequence and old accused of discussions with neighbors, because of water leaks in your apartment.
