Opera browser will now provide free VPN – Exam Information

The Opera browser has just announced the availability of a VPN functionality (English acronym for Virtual Private Network) which will aim to provide privacy to the Internet.

The VPN functionality is free, says the The Verge . For now, it is only available in version for developers. The final version should be available within a few weeks.

The official blog of the browser shows that Opera has no qualms in admitting that the VPN can be used both to prevent interceptions and usurpations data over public networks, but also to allow access to sites to which access was blocked by order of the authorities or even to mask the IP number used to access the net.

the official blog of the Opera also shows that the availability of VPN intends to follow new consumer trends – and to respond to requests from internet users (particularly younger). In addition to creating an alternative capable of competing with the VPN paid, the new feature may possibly trigger a response in other browsers, you may feel the need to provide equivalent functionality.
