The South Korean brand has admitted that its smart TVs can record conversations and transmit the same to a storage center. Nevertheless, the brand denies hackers to gain access to such information.

According to the complaint the Daily Beast, when a user has activated voice command, everything that is spoken by the TV turns out to be recorded . and probably with the lack of user

Samsung commented on the subject: “user voice recognition O, which allows you to control the TV without using the command, is a feature of our smart TV that can be enabled or disabled by users whenever they want. You can turn off the power of the internet at any time. “

The issue here has to do mainly with the less experienced users. It gives the possibility to get private conversations of users and the same being used by hackers to just honest purpose, as we know.

If you are a user of one of these TV carefully read the user manual and not enable such functions are not comfortable with the same settings.

Samsung says it takes your privacy very seriously and ensures that no stores or sells audio messages captured by the TV.

The company claims that all content is encrypted, which prevents the use by hackers. However, given the information we receive every day, prevention is better.
