‘If Lenovo’ already involves the US National Security – EN Journal

Chinese Lenovo is under fire. All because of Superfish, adware which calls into question the security of user data.

The criticism poured in from all quarters, and now it was the turn of the US government, by the US National Security, to rule on the case. The US government advises users computers with Chinese brand to remove the Superfish.

This software, pre-installed without user consent, injects advertising on websites and research, provided that made by Google . According to The Next Web, several security solutions (antivirus programs), advise the removal of Superfish, considering the same as adware.

This is not new to the sides of Lenovo China. All this was further revealed in 2014 on various tech forums. It seems that the brand has not done case, and continued to sell computers with unwanted software. Lenovo has already announced that it will ‘give’ these practices, and that their computers will fail to load the Superfish that for many users, is nothing more than a virus. The brand has also released a software to remove the Superfish (see here)

Know what is adware:. Adware is any program that automatically runs and displays a lot of ads without your permission. The functions of Adware serve to analyze the Internet sites that the user visits and presents you with relevant advertising to the types of goods or services present there.

Despite all this, the brand inevitably going to come out with the tweaked image to the users. It is not acceptable that a mark that was even a upswing in the market comet irresponsible these.
