Relationship confirms condemnation of Jardim Gonçalves – publico

                 


                         
                     


                         

                 

 
                         

The Lisbon Court of Appeal upheld the convictions ratio applied to Jardim Gonçalves, Filipe Pinhal and Antonio Rodrigues, rejecting the resources of the former BCP administrators.


                     


                          The news, advanced by Lusa, was confirmed by the PUBLIC source of the Court of Appeal of Lisbon.

The three officers had been convicted of market manipulation crime to two years prison with suspended sentence by delivering compensation to charity.

In the case of Jardim Gonçalves, this will have to pay 600,000 euros (down 9.4 million from the amount requested by prosecutors ) and, in Filipe Pinhal and Antonio Rodrigues, 300,000 euros each (minus EUR 2.7 million). The three former managers are inhibited activity in the financial sector for a period of four years.
