The Department of Investigation and Penal Action (DIAP) Port indicted an accused by the commission of a crime of sexual abuse of children worsened. From the wedding date, the youngest defendant, then 17 and a 12 year-old girl were living in a similar situation to that of spouses in a camp located in Vagos, having sex of full intercourse. The defendants were arrested in February 2014 by police Judicial (PJ) of Aveiro and they were present at the first judicial interrogation and shall be subject to periodic presentations at the police station of the area of ​​residence and a ban on contact with the minor.
