Super Smash Bros. comes to the Wii U on December 5 – iOnline

A week after amiibo figures being offered for sale in Portugal

A Wii U version Super Smash Bros . come to national and eShop next December 5 stores. The information was confirmed by Nintendo Portugal.

The premiere of the series in the current home console from Nintendo will make available to players several purchase options, particularly with amiibo Mario or with an adapter command GameCube to Wii U. On the same day will be on sale a black GameCube command in an edition dedicated to the fight game.

And the news about amiibo not stop there. A week earlier, on November 28, hits shelves amiibo the first wave of figures consists of Mario, Peach, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Link, Fox, Samus, Instructor of Wii Fit, Denizen, Pikachu, Kirby and Marth.

Nintendo also confirmed that on the 19th of December is the time of the second wave become available, ie, this was the date chosen to market the representations of Zelda, Diddy Kong, Luigi, Little Mac Pit and Captain Falcon, with the Japanese giant to promise “a lot more” in 2015

As you can see from the photos, the amiibo are figures that will use NFC technology to communicate with a series of video games, such as the Wii U and 3DS Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8, Captain Toad versions: Treasure Tracker, Mario Party 10 and Yoshi’s Woolly World, among others that hang official confirmation.

Players are asked to slide the figure chosen on the NFC reader located in the lower left corner of the GamePad to make its activation and watch their interaction with the game that is being experienced at the moment only.

As a footnote worth mentioning that the 3DS version of Super Smash Bros. globally sold over 2.8 million copies.
