The automobile manufacturer Lexus released a video where he claims he built a flying skateboard -. a true “hoverboard” as seen in “Back to the Future” saga

“There is nothing that is impossible. It’s all a matter of knowing how to get around. ” These are the words that appear in the video, attributed to the Director of the Department of Lexus engineering, Haruhiko Tanahashi.

In the images we see what will be a prototype of the Lexus system, the “SLIDE” in full action , suspended in the air.

The concept is based on magnetic levitation. The machine uses liquid nitrogen to cool superconductors, causing this effect of smoke that gives you an air “sci-fi”.

So far, the “hoverboard” has only been tested in Japan, but Toyota, ‘parent company’ of Lexus, plans to bring testing to Barcelona in neighboring Spain.

The Toyota is also considering adapting this technology to cars, notes Bloomberg.
