According announced, the US technology will start to pay authors for the number of pages read.
The new remuneration policy starts on July 1. limiting itself to self-published authors exclusively through the Kindle Direct Publishing program, but may cover the copyright holders obtained under the Kindle Unlimited program.
The page count will take into account devices from which the books are read (smartphones or others) in order to differentiate the size of the lines, areas and other aspects for measuring the number of pages that each player traverses the consumption of books
