Microsoftx buy Adallom, cybersecurity: report – Globo.com

Microsoft plans to acquire the Israeli company cybersecurity Adallom for $ 320 million, said the financial newspaper “Calcalist” on Monday (20).

The Adallom, which develops cloud security platforms should become the center of Microsoft’s cybersecurity business in Israel, the newspaper said.

The Adallom could not be reached for comment and Microsoft spokesmen in Israel refused to comment.

The US technology company recently made several acquisitions in Israel, including the developer Aorato security software for $ 200 million. He also bought the company from Equivio text analysis and the digital pen technology manufacturer N-trig.
