The Low Emission Zone (ZER) Lisbon limits the movement of light and heavy vehicles on weekdays. But do not put barriers to the movement of motorcycles, nor prevent ambulances or police cars to do so.
EMERGENCY VEHICLES, POLICE AND MILITARY
Ambulances and fire trucks will circular power in both ZER, regardless of emissions they produce. In the same category fit all police vehicles, including those used to transport prisoners, but also military vehicles.
TAXIS
The taxis have a very extended transition phase, 2017.Até which extends to the end of June, no restrictions apply. Starting this month, only later taxis to July 1992 that could flow in both areas. RESIDENTS
People with resident parking disc in zones 5, 12 and 13 can move freely in Zone 1. Vehicles belonging to residents in the city of Lisbon may move in Zone 2 (but not in Zone 1).
HISTORICAL VEHICLES
The historic vehicles that are certified by official bodies can move in both ZER.
MOTAS, ARMORED AND GAS
All motorcycles can continue to run, as well as gas-powered vehicles
(LPG) or natural gas. The CIT-armored vehicles also have no restrictions.
REDUCED MOBILITY
The vehicles of people with reduced mobility, such as the disabled, may move in the two areas
