The Japanese bank Mitsubishi UFJ will put robots to serve customers from spring. The NAO (so called), has ability to communicate, interact and answer questions about the services that the bank offers to its customers.
The NAO has 58 cm but do not be fooled by the small size. The robot can speak 19 languages.
“Incorporating a tool like this, we can boost communication with our customers”, says the bank, quoted by EFE.
Each NAO costs about 7000 euros.
