Journalist Luis Ochôa died at age 63 – Daily News – Lisbon

The journalist and delegate Antena1 in Brussels, Louis Ochôa, died at dawn today in the Belgian capital victim of stroke, according to an internal memo sent to employees of RTP and radio station.

According to note, that the Lusa had access, Louis Ochôa “died this morning in Brussels, stroke victim.”

Louis Ochôa was born May 28, 1951, was married and had two daughters.

The journalist made a career in the RDP, to which he joined in 1980 after being a journalist in ANOP (Portuguese state news agency).

After being editor and managing editor, Luis was two Ochôa times RDP information director, the first for a little more than a month in 1994 and the second from 1998 to 2003, when he resigned.
