Galaxy S5 can be released in January. At least that is what guarantees the South Korean press reports published on Thursday (10). According to reports, Samsung’s internal sources ensures that the manufacturer will anticipate the release of their next top of the line because of the “disappointing” sales of the current model, the Galaxy S4.

Despite rumors emerged in July that the gadget would have reached the milestone of 20 million units at the time, it seems the following months were not so successful, especially after the arrival of competitors on the market in the second half. Hence the decision to bring forward the S5.

Both the Galaxy S4 this year as the Galaxy S3, in 2012, were revealed in earlier periods on the calendar: the S4 in March this year and S3 in May 2012. This time, the company wants to make the announcement in the first month of next year, to make it available to the public in February.
