Office for Windows Phone will be updated with many new features – EN Journal

Microsoft’s productivity suite, Office, will bring many new features to the Windows Phone platform, according to Joe Belfiore, vice president of Microsoft for Windows Phone.

Microsoft walked to invest in their productivity suite for competitors, Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android. This caused some frustration and irritation on the part of the Windows Phone users.

Joe Belfiore, was keen to ‘calm down’ platform fans by stating in its Twitter account, the Office for Windows Phone is being improved in order to improve all services linked to the Microsoft ecosystem.

The news will be announced later this month, according to Joe Belfiore. Probably, these novelties will be presented in June 21, a date chosen by Microsoft for a conference

It should be noted one thing not to decks users:. Windows Phone already has the suite of productivity Office in particular Word, Excel, One Note and PowerPoint, contrary to what many news sources preach.

So, Microsoft Office, will not come to Windows Phone, but be upgraded to a version with more features.
