The Court of Condeixa-a-Nova today gives the sentence to the national PSD leader and former ruler Julius Paul, accused of committing a crime of malfeasance when he was president of the Chamber Penela.

Paul Julius was judged by a prevarication crime under a contract for a leading position in the municipality of Penela – which he presided from 2005 to 2011 -. which reached the official Mario Duarte, cousin sixth grade then Speaker of the House

The reading of the sentence is scheduled for 14:00, the Court of Condeixa-a-Nova, district of Coimbra, after three sessions of the trial held in December, on days 02, 3:18.
