Children with small screens in the rooms sleep less, says study – The Ball

An American study released Monday shows that children who have access to ‘small screens’ in their rooms sleep less at night than children who do not have access to the same devices.

The research findings, published in the journal Pedriatrics, highlight the problem caused by tablets and smartphones for young people after they have observed two thousand school children. Are least 21 minutes of sleep per night for smaller that do not use this technology.

It is also interesting the data indicating that when the screen used is a TV, children sleep less 18 minutes that young people who do not have TV in the rooms. It follows, therefore, that mobile devices are those that most affect infant sleep when used in the same place where you sleep.
