Star Wars: Battlefront will have dedicated servers – Eurogamer.pt

In an interview with this website PlayStation Lifestyle during the Tokyo Game Show, Jamie Keen, lead designer of Star Wars: Battlefront, said that the game will have fully dedicated servers for multiplayer mode.

“We will continue to have dedicated servers. Absolutely. It is one of the key points that assures us that we will provide the game online unprecedented servers,” Keen said.

Earlier this month , the community manager of the game, Matthew Everett, had said that Star Wars: Battlefront not have a system to search for servers, but they would provide a matchmaking system based on the ability of the players. The reaction was not long in coming up with opinions of quite disparate players, so DICE decided to use dedicated servers that surely would appeal to a larger share of players

Star Wars. Battlefront be released scheduled for November 17 on PC, Xbox One and PS4. In early October will be available a beta version that will be available to all interested parties.
