Glintt sell three subsidiaries by seven million – publico

                 

                         
                     

                 

 
                         

Glintt – Global Intelligent Technologies sold three subsidiaries in non-strategic business area, a deal worth seven million euros and which falls in the restructuring plan of its business areas

                         In a statement to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), Glintt reported that concluded with the HCCM Outsourcing Investment a contract for sale of the entire share capital of subsidiaries Glintt Business Process Outsourcing, Information NetpeopleTecnologias and Glintt Technology Enabled Services.

According to the technology, the agreed total price of the transaction is 7.01 million, subject to adjustment in accordance with the contract, and should be implemented within 60 days, subject to verification of a set of conditions precedent.

“This operation is part of the restructuring plan of the corporate organization and business areas, [...] which provides for the identification of possible interested in acquiring the business areas non-core or other operation designed to output these areas within the exclusive sphere of economic interest Glintt, so following up the strategy that has been implemented, “said the company in a statement.

On 15 September, Farminveste, a holding company shares held by the National Association of Pharmacies, launched a public tender offer (OPA) on capital that still did not control the Glintt, listed on the Lisbon stock exchange.
