Pete Hines, vice president of Bethesda Softwork, spoke about the possibility of sequels for Rage and The Evil Within.
Rage was developed by id Software in 2011, while Tango Gameworks brought us the Evil Within, in 2014. Both titles were published by Bethesda, and although they have not yet been announced sequels to any of them, Hines believes games fared well enough to justify a new entry.
in an interview with Finder.com.au, Hines said, “I can not talk about things that have not been announced, and what we can or not do … so I can not confirm or deny things we can not do, since people tend to jump to conclusions. But I think both the Evil Within as Rage had enough success to justify sequels.
“I personally loved Rage, and I had great fun playing it, but we have, for now, many things to be prepared, so will have to wait and see. “
the Bethesda has at least two large projects in hand, which are comparable in size, Fallout and Skyrim. However, will still be many years before we see an Elder Scrolls 6.
