The fake profile of Cardinal José Policarpo created on the social network Facebook was canceled, informed the Patriarchate of Lisbon through its official site.
“We have just seen that that page that was assigned, unlawfully, Cardinal José Policarpo, was canceled,” said the patriarchy through its official Facebook page.
Patriarchate of Lisbon had alerted Tuesday to the existence in the social network of a fake Facebook profile of Cardinal José Policarpo.
Patriarchate warned that someone was “to be passed by Cardinal José Policarpo and ask friends on Facebook,” warned that it was identity theft and asked for the alert was issued.
