Windows 8 has 3.84% market share - News Journal

Six months after launch, Windows 8 continues to grow albeit at a slower pace. However Windows XP and Windows 7, despite diminudo market share, continue to ensure the domain of Microsoft operating systems.

Half a year since the launch of Windows 8, the rate of use of the latest Microsoft operating system comes in at 4%. Still, in comparison with oms of March, the market share grew 0.67%, a value that, however insufficient to exceed the rate of Windows Vista.

According to data released by Net Applications, the U.S. company lost market share in all other versions of Windows, with Vista falling 0.24% to 4.75%, Windows XP losing 0 , 42% to 38.31% and Windows 7 falling 0.01% to 44.73%.

Given these values, it seems that users of previous versions of Windows Esto now migrate to Windows 8. However, the company Bill Gates achieved a higher market share (12%) in the first six months of the previous operating system, Windows 7.
