PSP holds 1,306 drivers with excess alcohol in three months – RTP

In the three months of operating activity, PSP recorded 3,346 arrests, of which one thousand three hundred and six had been driving by with excess alcohol. 497 other people were detained for lack of legal entitlement to drive and 341 for drug trafficking.

Although the road level, 258 073 vehicles were inspected “the major axes and sensitive areas.”

The PSP officers seized 72 firearms and 123 bladed weapons, which corresponds to a high and worrisome number. As for drugs, 272 992 doses of product were seized, and more than half hashish.
