What seemed to be good news, finally became for many a headache. In a large marketing operation last week, the American giant has decided to provide free new album of U2, Songs of Innocence , but not all users were happy with the offer. Multiplied criticism and complaints and so this week Apple has developed a tool that allows you to erase the disc with just one click.

This happens after several users have complained of the difficulty of erasing the record of their devices (iPhones, iPads, iPods …). Not only the album had gone into the accounts without their permission, and after eliminating it required some steps and apparently even some investment. After all, the band’s work was distributed as a product available on iTunes, or is located in the accounts of users of iCloud. The only way to delete music from iCloud is iTunes Match subscription service that stores music from iTunes subscribers in iCloud and automatically tunes with the Apple devices that you have. Keep iTunes Match costs an average of $ 25 per year.

Over the past few days, other ways to delete the 12 songs from the band Bono were appearing but not all clearly . Therefore, Apple has now decided to make life easier for its users and satisfy them like last week met the U2 fans by offering them Songs of Innocence .

So Who does not like the band, you only have to go to itunes.com/soi-remove and the problem is solved. An “easy” solution, as explained to the BBC Adam Howorth, a spokesman for Apple. And if even so there are still questions, just contact our customer support company (AppleCare).

Songs of Innocence was released Tuesday without anyone were to expected during the presentation of the iPhone 6 Immediately Apple released the album for free at more than 500 million accounts. It is the band’s first album since 2009, the year he edited No Line On The Horizon .
