In the video, titled Sparked, robots assume the role of bulbs that come to life and conduct joint training, creating a spectacle of light and movement. Welby Altidor, creative director of Cirque du Soleil’s drones have great potential for the entertainment industry.
Altogether there are ten lamps that come to life in the video to interact with the human actor. Each element has its own design, but all seem to react in a coordinated way to the movements of the actor. The drones are used quadcópteros.
