PrimeIT inaugurates incubator of talent in January 2016 – Revista BIT Computer for everyone.

The aim is to ensure advanced training and personal and professional development of new employees in order to “create a team that reflects the focus on enhancement and development of the company’s talent,” stresses Inês Alves .

BMC will work at the headquarters of PrimeIT , a new space which will be fully adapted to an authentic Management Academy.

“The PrimeIT Business Management Center comes with the determination and commitment of the company to develop and train professionals in the IT Management division and Telecom, promoting a climate of idea generation and sharing of knowledge in order to equip young Portuguese of ‘skills’ needed to become the new market leader, “says Inês Alves .

Business Manager Type BMC has a young and dynamic spirit, orientation towards goals and ambition, entrepreneurial spirit and taste for the ICT sector and Telecom. The requirements to be part of the 20 “magnificent” that will make up the BMC include:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree;
  • Work experience up three years;
  • Eligible for IEFP stage;.
  • Total availability to start full-time in January 2016
