Google: voice search assistant just got smarter – EN Journal

An improvement to the search wizard voice made this more intelligent tool, said Google. The wizard was smarter and can give more refined answers to a range of increasingly complicated questions

According to the giant technology, the tool has been improved and is now able to better understand a wider range of questions, having passed to consider details like the context of phrase and used adjectives

Satyajeet Salgar, the tool developer, explained that it still contains “errors” that only time can solve, as it is need to ‘teach’ the computer system to understand language variants.

In the official blog included several examples of ‘smartness’ of the wizard. Mostly show the ability they now have to relate two different contexts for the same date, as in this example: “Who was the US President when the Angels won the World Series’”
