Audi RS6 Avant and RS7 Sportback now with even more performance (with photo gallery) – Turbo

The new Audi RS6 Avant Performance and RS7 Sportback Performance were revealed, models that come equipped with the most powerful version of the V8 TWINTURBO 4.0 TFSI block, with a 45CV power increase for 605CV and debiting torque of 700nm temporarily rise to 750nm with the overboost function. This system, which further enhances the performance of the new RS Performance is triggered by pressing the pedal right down the right side, with drivers to feel this change not just stand with their backs against the bank but also by the red color appearing in the window the boost pressure in the cabin.

With these changes, the RS6 Avant Performance and RS7 Sportback Performance improve their skills, now taking 3.7 seconds in accelerating to 100 km / h (0.2 seconds) and overcoming the barrier of 200 km / h in 12 , half (-1.4 sec). These two sports arise limited to a top speed of 250 km / h, but the inclusion of Dynamic or Dynamic Plus packs offers the possibility of raising this record to 280 km / h or 305 km / h, respectively. The amounts remain around the 9,5L / 100km, something that contributes to the reduction of weight of various elements and the inclusion in the V8 4.0 TFSI technologies such as cylinder deactivation.

The image of Audi RS6 Avant Performance and RS7 Sportback Performance is in line with their vocation to devour the asphalt, with an aesthetic that includes the bumpers with the usual lines of RS models. In front highlighting the acronym that indicates that we are in the presence of this more powerful version and the indication of the all-wheel drive quattro system, the grid and the air intakes on the side sections. At the rear it is found that the two major diffuser and exhaust outlets are integrated in the bumper. The various aerodynamic elements in matt titanium help complete the aggressive exterior image of the new RS Performance. When passing the gates, the highlighted elements are the sports seats and even the combination of a two-tone interior, which revealed the images comes in line with the color of the exterior paint.
