Man evaluated Renato Seabra is under suspicion - The Ball

The expert determined that Renato Seabra is attributable will have a privileged relationship with the prosecutor.

Suspicions were raised by a newspaper article New York Times , which wrote that the neuropsychologist William Barr was hired more than 100 times in thirteen years to defend the thesis of Attorney Manhattan.

The article gives the impression that the neuropsychologist says whatever it takes to defend the charge. Certain is that two of his colleagues stated in court that Renato Seabra was untouchable of murder of Carlos Castro, while William Barr held responsible. The judges followed the thesis Barr and Renato Seabra was sentenced to 25 years in jail.
