Faro under yellow warning due to heavy showers - the Minute News

Faro district is now under yellow warning, the second a less severe scale of four, due to the possibility of heavy showers sometimes informs the Portuguese Institute of Ocean and Atmosphere (IPMA).

According to IPMA, the Faro District will be under yellow caution due to the possibility of rain or showers at times heavy hail and thunderstorms and strong gusts today between 12:00 and 17:59 of Saturday.

In the south, the forecast shows little cloudy sky, with cloudy periods from the Alentejo and Algarve from midmorning favorable conditions for the occurrence of afternoon showers from the same regions, sometimes strong; accompanied by thunder and hail and strong gusts.

In Lisbon, Leiria, Coimbra, Portalegre and Beja provides up to a maximum temperature of 33 degrees Celsius, 27 in Faro, Porto 30, 35 Evora, Castelo Branco 32, 24 Funchal, Ponta Delgada and Angra do Heroismo 25 and Santa Cruz das Flores twenty six.
