The first drops of rain will also arrive this Friday in some regions, especially in the northern regions and the center, but the rain will stay until Sunday and in some areas until the middle of next week. The first end-of-week spring will not be cold, but will take many to stay indoors.

The Portuguese Institute of Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) provides for Saturday cloudy periods in most of the country, with rain expected and the occurrence of lightning. The minimum and maximum temperatures will suffer slight declines, with the thermometers to oscillate between 17 and 21 degrees and a maximum six and 13 degrees minimum.

On Sunday, the weather scenario is the same. The regions of Viana of the Castle, Braga and Porto will record the highest temperatures between 20º Celsius and 21, while the interior regions of the country will not exceed an average of 15 maximum.

rain will continue to register for the next week in the south, where the showers should just disappear from Tuesday, especially in the Algarve district of Faro. In the central area, the rain will score a few days to the end of next week, but dry weather returns with the arrival of the end-of-week of 28 and 29 March. The IPMA provides the temperature dropped, particularly in regions north and center.

According to the Astronomical Observatory of Lisbon, the spring equinox begins at 22.45 on Friday. The season goes on for 92.75 days until the next solstice, which occurs on 21 June.
