37 Woman and former boyfriend of 25 account for four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, reports the Journal News.
The woman 37 years who encouraged the former boyfriend of 25 years, violating his own daughter, 13, chose not to testify at the start of his trial on Friday, the Court of Santa Maria da Feira.
According to the Journal News, the mother of the minor encouraged her boyfriend to have sex with to see if this was a virgin, having watched the acts, which will be repeated four times between April and May last year. In the investigation and in its defense, the defendant denied everything.
The former couple went on trial in Santa Maria da Feira Court on Friday for four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of children, in a trial that held in camera.
According to the public prosecutor, the mother will have reported sexual abuse to the PSP just because her boyfriend wanted to end the relationship.
The woman is under electronic surveillance, prohibited to see the daughter, and the accused is remanded in custody.
