Judicial police detained two people for computer fraud – publico

                 

                         
                     

                 

 
 

The Judiciary Police announced on Tuesday the arrest of two men for allegedly committing computer falsity of crimes, computer fraud and criminal conspiracy, which caused losses of about 200,000 euros.

In a statement, PJ said that during the investigation and the operation carried out by the National Anti-Corruption Unit in the Greater Lisbon area, were also seized evidence and objects that constitute the proceeds of crimes.

According to PJ, detainees have acquired various types of goods, construction materials and household appliances through the use of data from third-party bank cards, collected by unlawful interception in payment circuits, causing losses of around 200,000 euros.

The detainees, both 35, will be subject to the first judicial interrogation.
