With the new legislation will still be illegal social networks maintain personal information from children under 16 years without the explicit consent of their parents.

A source close to a US technology company, quoted by the newspaper “Expansion “warns that” this prohibition will affect millions of children and adolescents who need to get permission from their parents to use Internet services. ” And it will not just to open a profile on social networks, but also to use services such as email and download applications, “said the same source.
